Partly that’s down to the refreshing menthol aroma, but peppermint leaves are also thought to be very beneficial. They can ease digestion, relieve tension headaches and migraines, bust through clogged sinuses, and even boost your energy. Some people like to sweeten their peppermint tea with honey, but it’s delicious as a stand-alone tisane, tickling the palate and nourishing the soul. Serve steaming hot with a good book and a sunny window.

This is our signature English Breakfast blend. We take a malty premium Black Assam mix for a full-bodied cuppa. A good English Breakfast shouldn’t be too tannic. This one’s got some soft, floral undertones, but it’s still a hearty breakfast tea, best enjoyed with marmalade toast and the morning paper. Like other black tea blends, English Breakfast is full of antioxidants, vitamin B (for red blood circulation), plus phosphorous and magnesium (good for strong bones).

This is our signature Masala chai blend. We start with the base notes: premium organic Assam black tea, sourced from the best plantations in India. We mix the leaves with spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise, then infuse with toffee-ish caramel. The end result? A spicy, creamy chai with just the right amount of sweetness. In fact you shouldn’t need to add additional honey: the natural caramel flavour gives a sugary zing, and you can really taste the malty mid-tones. To serve, just pour over 250ml of hot milk (full cream tastes great, but you could use soy or almond) and steep for two minutes. Pure bliss.

Here’s how to make a proper French Earl Grey. Start with premium, organic black tea and then Infuse it with fragrant bergamot oil. Then layer in rose petals, peppery calendula (also known as marigold) and cornflowers. Suddenly you’ve got something really interesting: A complex brew with floral hops and some earthy, clove-like spice. The French prefer a flowery Earl Grey, and you can add all sorts of things to this basic mix: Lavender petals, dandelion leaves, dried apple pieces or black peppercorns. It’s really down to personal taste. When your kitchen smells like a Parisian garden, you’ll know you’re on the right track. Bon appetite.

Treat yourself and impress your guests! Each ball is handmade using high quality silver needle white tea and beautiful marigold, jasmine & globe amaranth flowers. The taste is a very delicate floral one with subtle sweetness.

100g = +/- 14 balls

300g = +/- 42 balls

Brew Instructions: Place one ball per teapot roughly (400ml to 600ml in size). Then pour water at roughly 85c and infuse for around 5-7 minutes.

The blooming tea can be infused several times without the tea becoming bitter.
