If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. You are welcome to return the item to us, at your expense, for a full refund of the tea cost only.
In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
