Shipping Policy

For all Australian orders, shipping is $10.00 (flat rate).

For Australian orders over $59, shipping is free.

Sydney Tea offers free standard delivery of your purchase on orders over $59. Delivery is International, to street addresses or PO Boxes. Free delivery applies to standard post. Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. Express delivery means that your order will be delivered faster once dispatched; processing time remains the same.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch can be delayed during peak sale times. In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.

You will receive an email from the chosen delivery service containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We generally require a signature on delivery, and if no one is available to sign for the delivery, it will be taken to the post office for collection. A card will be left notifying you of this

However, once your order has been dispatched you can choose to have the delivery service leave your purchase at your door. The postie will leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises, as per your instructions.
