Sencha is synonymous with Japan, but other countries are beginning to develop their own blends. This is the best we’ve found so far. Our team was impressed with the depth of colour: a deep jade green. It’s got a little fruity bounce to counteract that grassy bitterness, with all the smoothness and complexity you’d expect from an A-grade cup of Japanese Sencha.
